Watermarque Consulting is a dynamic firm of quantity surveyors and construction consultants, offering rigorous financial planning and cost control for all classes of construction projects.
The firm continually collects and processes construction related financial data to supply our statistical cost analysis models. This enables us to provide accurate financial construction planning prior to major costs being incurred on proposed property developments.
Attention to a project’s financial planning from the start, is carried through to the construction phase and completion of a project. The firm operates as a team to ensure all project cost controls are continuously monitored and updated. Project cost planning and controls, set up before construction starts, ensures strict adherence to the budgets enabling our clients to enjoy up-to-date construction cost information at all times and the ability to plan and structure their finances accordingly.
The firm also provides value added construction services. These include base line construction program planning, contract administration during construction, risk analysis for project planning, detailed construction and total project cash flow projection, etc.
Watermarque Consulting provides professional construction services to a wide range of clients. The classes of projects included in our field of experience are diverse and includes private property developments, wineries, restaurants, factories, warehouses, private and special needs schools, luxury residential, large scale residential buildings, hotels and medical facilities.
Because successful construction projects require excellent communication between all the parties involved, Watermarque Consulting has developed a collaborative strategy that enhances our service to both our clients, and the professional teams. This strategy has resulted in extremely efficient construction projects and repeat client engagements.
