We hold a framework appointment providing quantity surveying services for maintenance projects at Tygerberg Hospital, one of the largest hospitals in the Western Cape. Two projects completed under this appointment show the range of the work: an upgrade to one of the hospital’s service tunnels, and a milestone infrastructure project for South Africa.
The service tunnel project covered structural repairs and a full redecoration of the space, while the second saw the hospital’s entire bulk sewer system relined using a first of its kind CIPP lining system in South Africa, a technically demanding project where we provided full cost control services from start to finish. Being trusted with cost certainty on a project of this scale and significance speaks to the depth of experience we bring to complex infrastructure and maintenance work.
