We worked with Berry Group on the Firgrove Industrial Development. Assisting the client in successfully completing this light industrial park set against the Helderberg mountains.

Our role covered representing the contractor throughout engagements with the IDC, compiling full bill of quantities, managing the project cost documentation and providing the institutional-facing support needed to take a multi-building industrial development from bulk earthworks through to a completed, fully operational facility.

We worked with Richard Perfect Architects on a new set of production sheds at the Steenberg Winery in Constantia, which supported the growth of the estate’s production capacity.

Our role covered professional quantity surveying and principal agency services, with our estimates and cost advice helping the client plan its capital expenditure with confidence from the earliest stages. The result is a practical, well-costed set of production facilities that gives Steenberg the capacity to keep growing without losing sight of the numbers.

We provided Berry Group with quantity surveying services to assist in delivering a 15 000m² turnkey industrial facility at the BSG Industrial Development in Johannesburg.

Our role covered compiling the full bill of quantities and representing the contractor throughout, from contract stage right through to final account. The result is a large, efficiently delivered industrial facility, backed by the cost certainty a project of this scale demands.
