We worked with Berry Group on the Firgrove Industrial Development. Assisting the client in successfully completing this light industrial park set against the Helderberg mountains.
Our role covered representing the contractor throughout engagements with the IDC, compiling full bill of quantities, managing the project cost documentation and providing the institutional-facing support needed to take a multi-building industrial development from bulk earthworks through to a completed, fully operational facility.
