We provided quantity surveying services for this residential development on the corner of Ave des Huguenots and Ave de Longueville in Fresnaye. The brief called for demolishing the existing house to maximise the site, delivering four luxury apartments, one occupying each floor, all oriented to take in views of Lion’s Head.
Our role covered cost planning and budget management across the full build, from the basement parking level through to a communal garden and swimming pool at ground level, right up to the top floor apartments.
